Bob Wigley, Chairman

With over 25 years’ experience, Bob is an active City investor, leader and entrepreneur.

Bob was Chairman of Merrill Lynch EMEA and between 2004-09 he chaired Merrill Lynch’s EMEA Region Executive Committee with responsibility for a business with $6bn of revenue, $3bn of pretax income and 8,000 employees in 23 countries, he resigned upon the completion of the takeover by Bank of America. He then chaired the UK Green Investment Bank Commission for the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Darling during 2009-10. He was an Ambassador for UK Business for the Prime Minister, David Cameron in 2011.

Bob is also Chairman of Telemetry plc, Stonehaven Search LLP, NetOTC, Captive Minds Communications Group Ltd, and Justinvesting Ltd. He is a Non-Executive Director of the Qatar Financial Centre and Chairman of its Audit Committee. He is a member of the International Business Advisory Board of British Airways, sits on the Advisory Boards of the venture capital firm Bluegem and TheCityUK and is a Trustee of the Peter Jones Foundation. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Royal Mail Group and Chairman of Hibu plc.

Cédriane de Boucaud, Chief Executive Officer

Cédriane has 23 years’ experience in venture capital and corporate finance, working in the US, Europe, Russia and Asia.

Cédriane has led the funding of Lysanda Ltd, a subsidiary of Tantalum, since 2007, and has been a Director of Lysanda since 2012. She led the acquisition of TRACKER to form Tantalum Corporation, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer.

In 2009, Cédriane co-founded Disruptive Capital Finance LLP an umbrella investment partnership and the manager of the Sustainable Technology Fund which Cédriane manages. In this capacity, Cedriane has been an active investor in a number of cleantech, software, telecoms and engineering companies.

Previously, Cédriane focused on re-structuring and finance projects, working for Arthur Andersen Consulting, PwC and Katalyst.

David Wilson, Chief Operations Officer

With over 15 years experience at director level, David joined TRACKER in 2012 to strategise and reshape sales, services and marketing operations, driving growth in Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Fleet and Telematics Solutions. Previous operational roles at companies include British Gas, Rentokil and Npower, working in both B2B and B2C arenas.

His expertise in growing business derives from inherent skills aligning and re-engineering such services to maximum effect. He has a proven track record of expansion and revenue growth via M&A’s, organizational change, corporate re-branding, CRM initiatives and through a variety of program and management projects.

Hugh Wolley, Chief Financial Officer

Hugh is a Finance Director with 30 years’ experience in B2B and CFO roles.

Hugh joined Lysanda in July 2010 to help provide all the financial rigour and operational support and infrastructure needed by a fast growing company. He has previously held FD roles in property (Colonnade Group, including a £70m restructuring with Cordea Savills), marketing (Precision Prospecting) and manufacturing (Tenza).

Hugh qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte.
